Our Seventh Tradition states “We are self-supporting through our own contributions.” This brings feelings of self-worth and unity which are essential for recovery.  The money that is collected from registration is used to pay for all convention related expenses.  We believe that once participants understand this, the question “Why Register?”  will be answered.  Your registration entitles you to attend scheduled events that don’t require a ticket

Newcomer registrations are reserved for the Newcomer with less than 30 days of clean time who cannot afford the price of registration.  Each Newcomer receiving a registration will be asked to make a donation to the Newcomer Fund.  Registrations will be distributed on a "first come, first served" basis at hours to be posted.

A few notes to people who are un-familiar with PayPal. PayPal is one of the fastest growing ways to transfer money over the internet. It currently has over 78 million members and is growing everyday. PayPal allows you to make purchases (such as tickets) over the internet with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or with any U.S. bank account. PayPal uses a secured server for your transaction and has a strong security and privacy policy, so best rest assured that all your information is kept confidential. Once your on the PayPal website click on SIGN UP and then you will be guided through the application process which only takes a few minutes. Once your account is open you will be able to transfer money

In event of a cancellation, convenience charges and service fees are non-refundable.

Please pick your tickets up at the will call booth or other entry point no more than one hour before the event begins (they may not be available till the doors are open). It is not required to pick-up your tickets before the event, they will be available for pick-up till the end of the event.

Please bring a copy of your purchase order or the person whose name the tickets were purchased under. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry.

Our GLAACNA 4  is pick-up at the door only.  The tickets are to be picked up at the will call booth the day of the event. Tickets purchased here are Will-Call. In order to save you money and for your security WE DON'T MAIL TICKETS. Purchase Tickets and print PayPal receipt(via e-mail). Redeem at Will Call Booth on Day of Show for admission. You must present the receipt from PAYPAL as your proof-of-purchase and proper identification in order to get the tickets and be admitted to the venue.
